For appointment booking, kindly use the appointment form on the website to make your booking. You can also send a mail or call our helpdesk.
After you've successfully booked your appointment, one of our support staff will get in touch with you or you can call our helpdesk for confirmation.
We ask that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow us re-allocate the time to available patients. Cancellations can be made by sending an email or by calling our helpdesk
We advice new patients to arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for the registration process. For subsequent visits, patients are asked to arrive 5 – 10 minutes in advance to their scheduled appointment.
Yes we provide CT scan service at our facility.
Test results may be delivered via physical consulting or teleconsulting. If you have a preference of how you would like to receive your results, please inform your doctor during your next visit. If you have not received your test results within the timeframe indicated by your doctor, please call our helpdesk or send us a mail.
